Helen Dong 是一位长期深耕于中加职业教育、移民服务与跨境产业协同发展的资深顾问，现任加拿大德康移民事务所合伙人、VEANA 北美职业教育联盟副会长兼秘书长，VEANA跨文化联盟CEO。

Helen Dong is a seasoned cross-border strategist and education consultant with long-standing expertise in Canada–China vocational cooperation, skilled migration, and industry-linked talent programs. She currently serves as Partner at Decon Immigration and Vice President of the VEANA – Vocational Education Alliance of North America.　CEO of VEANA Intercultural Alliance.
Her work focuses on building integrated “Education – Employment – Immigration” pathways. Under her leadership, VEANA has built an active network across Canadian private colleges, workforce development agencies, and AI-driven industry sectors—including healthcare, early childhood, tourism, and smart agriculture. She also works to connect these programs with emerging markets in Asia and the Middle East.
Helen maintains long-term strategic collaboration with the Canadian Consulate in China, the Canada China Business Council, AmCham, and other international chambers.
