China has recently introduced a series of measures to optimize the business environment for foreign-invested enterprises. The 2025 Action Plan for Stabilizing Foreign Investment outlines further supportive policies for foreign businesses operating in China. The plan includes advancing market access pilots in sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, education, and biopharmaceuticals, while optimizing foreign investment management and enhancing investment promotion and service guarantees.
