AmCham Shanghai's Legal Committee will host an event: The Role of AI in Corporate Compliance: A Game Changer for Ethics? on Tuesday, September 12, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the AmCham Shanghai Conference Room.
In late July, the Legal Committee hosted a timely discussion on "How Generative AI Will Drive Fundamental Changes in Businesses". A little over two weeks later, on August 15, the Interim Measures for Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services (the "Interim Measures") came into effect.
In this follow-up panel discussion series, we will explore the core theme of how generative AI can impede or enhance the ethical culture of an organization, and what steps can we take to harness the power of generative AI in order to do greater good. Ultimately, the end game of any accountable and sustainable organization is determined by how their values are shaped, advanced, protected and championed, irrespective of the situation.
Please join us and hear from our expert panel from an educational, legal and technology perspective. The panel will impart thoughts and how they envision the future state of generative AI development in their respective areas.
