Michael Zhang, joined Dover Corporation in 2009, and established Dover Asia-Pacific Regional Headquarters. Currently, Michael is the Asia President of Dover. As a member of Dover deal board, Michael is involved in acquisition, investment decision, as well as post-acquisition integration, and cooperates with global leading PE in multiple deals. Meanwhile, Michael leads China’s strategic investment and M&A team, and focuses on industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Michael has 25 years of enriched experience in industrial and electronic area in US, Singapore and China, and manages diversified industry conglomerate with extensive experience in strategy, investment, M&A and integration.

Michael served as Vice Chief Representative for Elsag Bailey China and VP of ABB China. Before joining Dover, he was ABB Singapore VP, responsible for Control System and Product business in ABB Asia Pacific region, as well as global head of ABB control product’s channel business.

He received his B.S. degree from Liaoning Industrial University and his M.S. degree from West Texas A&M in USA.

Blair joined MTD Products in July 2010 and assumed his current role as Managing Director, Asia-Pacific in January 2015. In his current role, Blair oversees all aspects of the Australia and Asia businesses and reports to the CEO. Prior to his current assignment, Blair ran MTD’s China facility and worked in China for 8 years acquiring proficiency in Mandarin.

Blair started his career in corporate strategy and finance. Prior to joining MTD Products, he spent eight years working for Whirlpool Corporation. His Whirlpool experience began in strategic sourcing, followed by an assignment in Shanghai leading the tax and treasury function for the Asia-Pacific region, and culminating as the head of finance for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. A native of Coopersville, Michigan, USA, Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College and an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.

Ted Hornbein is the Managing Director for Asia Pacific at EHC Global, the world’s largest manufacturer of escalator handrails. EHC’s China campus house three different companies manufacturing escalator handrails and components for the escalator and lift industries. EHC’s China management team runs its operations using Theory of Constraints, made famous in the book, The Goal, which Ted has implemented over the past two years.

Ted has spent over 25 years working in China for a variety of industrial companies including die casting, EMI shielding, electronic connectors and plastic fasteners. He has a wealth of experience in starting and running China manufacturing facilities as well as integrated these facilities in to a company’s global sales and supply chain.

Ted speaks fluent Mandarin and can offer perspectives on China management from either an entrepreneurial or multinational viewpoint. Ted holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in East Asian Studies from The George Washington University.

Vincent Robin is Vice President Asia Pacific within the automotive coatings SBU of PPG Industries.

He started his career with PPG in 1987, progressing through several positions from engineering to product development and sales within the Automotive Glass SBU, based in France.

In 1995 Vincent transferred to the Automotive Coatings SBU as Renault account director and took in charge of the French Automotive Coatings organization from 2000 onwards.

In 2002, he was appointed as Managing Director Automotive Coatings Asia Pacific based in Shanghai, China and then came back to Europe in 2006 as General Manager Automotive coatings Europe, based in our European Headquarters in Switzerland.

Robin was promoted to his current role in 2011 and he is now located in China Headquarters in Shanghai and in 2017 Robin has been given additional responsibilities to lead the EHS, Government Affairs and Purchasing functions within Asia Pacific, across all business units.

He earned a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Centrale Lille, in France and an Executive MBA at the IMD, Lausanne in Switzerland.

Anthony (Tony) Wilson is responsible for the global integrated supply chain for the Productivity Products Business based in Singapore. In this role, Tony is responsible for all supply chain operations including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, planning, logistics and distribution, HSE, and facilities. He works closely with the Productivity Products business leadership and SPS ISC functional leadership to align the manufacturing and supply chain strategies, goals, objectives, and performance.

Tony brings extensive experience in manufacturing and operations of high technology products and processes as well as collaborative global product development and design engineering teams. He also has strong experience managing global logistics and distribution networks. Tony lived 4 years in Suzhou, China as General Manager of HSM Suzhou (Metro Suzhou Technologies Limited) consisting of over 1000 employees and a fully functional business entity. Tony lead the Suzhou operations in many aspects such as 5x growth, YoY double digit productivity improvement. Prior to Suzhou Tony was plant manager for 8 years in the USA supporting the CAGR growth of 32%. Tony also has 17 years of semiconductor wafer fab experience involving fab operations and process engineering.

Tony and his wife Michelle reside in Singapore and have two children living in the USA.

Keith M. Sinram is the General Manager of Crown Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crown Equipment Corporation which is headquartered in New Bremen, Ohio, USA. Previously Mr. Sinram was the Director of Manufacturing for Crown Equipment Corporation in the US, a privately owned company, manufacturing gas and electric lift trucks used in transporting materials and goods in warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing environments throughout the world. Mr. Sinram has more than 30 years of experience in a broad range of leadership assignments. Before Crown, he was President of Infinite Means, LLC, from 2009-2012, Global Director of Operational Excellence at Metokote Corporation from 2011-2012 and Worked at Dana Incorporated for 25 years. Mr. Sinram has degrees from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and Bowling Green State University.

Frequently sought out as a market expert on China and Asian related trade matters, Pilar is a frequent panelist and speaker at emerging markets and global trade conferences and widely published in various media including the Wall Street Journal, Shanghai Business Review, Shanghai Daily, China Economic Review, the Financial Times, the South China Morning Post and Supply Chain Quarterly. Following her time at Accenture Consulting, she led Professional Services and Product Strategy divisions in the Silicon Valley. Pilar graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, she holds
an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and in 2013 served as a Governor on The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai’s Board of Governors.
