The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai's Retail Committee and Food, Agriculture & Beverage Committee jointly invite you to the fireside chat "Premium Spirits Insights & Food Innovation" on Tuesday, March 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., in the Chamber's office.
Ted Hopkins, Vice Chair of the Retail Committee, will lead a conversation with our guest speakers, Jeff Lin, CEO of Camus Yuanliu โ the leading independent importer of Western spirits in China and the only large, family-owned Cognac house โ and Echo Hu, Marketing Director at Hormel China. Together, they will share insights on China's spirits market, shifts in premium consumption and occasions, and long-term strategies across on-trade, off-trade, digital, and experiential channels. They will also explore innovations in the bistro sector, as well as collaborations between food and spirits companies to drive business growth.
