A self-professed sneakerhead, Robbie Fuller grew up in North Carolina, honing his craft at one of Michael Jordan’s first sneaker stores called FLIGHT 23. In fact, he loved shoes so much that his 5th grade report card said, “less athletic shoe drawing might prove beneficial”.

Since then, Robbie has worked for Converse, Adidas, Anta, and currently is the Creative Director of Footwear for Fila (China). At these brands he has been involved all aspects of the business including innovation (60+ patents and a 2025 RED DOT award), creative direction, category leadership for multiple global sport and lifestyle categories, and also personally designed signature shoes for NBA All stars Derrick Rose, Dwight Howard, T-Mac, Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Damian Lillard, and recently Klay Thompson and Gordon Hayward.

In fact, Complex magazine in the past ranked him as high as 22nd most influential person in sporting goods.

In the last 3 years with the ANTA group he’s also contributed product designs, direction, and recruiting support for sister brands Arc’teryx, Wilson, and Salomon.

Ted is the founder and CEO of KulturShift, a social commerce business that manages and distribution of niche luxury and celebrity-owned brands in China.

Prior to launching KulturShift, Ted led the digital transformation of Walmart and Sam’s Club China. In addition to transforming the 400-store network he implemented agile methodologies across the organization of 100,000 associates. Today, the retail, membership, and media platforms that Ted launched and scaled for Walmart drive approximately $5 billion in annual revenue and serve over 50 million shoppers.

Ted has held international leadership roles throughout his career spanning luxury at Sotheby’s and mass retail at The Home Depot, Walmart and Sam’s Club. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and holds an International MBA (China Track) from the Darla Moore School of Business.
