Jingjie Cheng graduated from Bauhaus University in Germany and Tongji University in Shanghai with dual master degree of architecture and urban design. Since 2008, she worked as lead architect in SIADR, Xiandai Group, and became 1 Class State Registered Architect. Jing's projects in SIADR covered wide range of architecture category, including hospitality, residential, commercial, culture & education, urban mix-used complex etc. During the 6 years full process practices, she enriched her experience from concept to construction, and developed her design philosophy: Space reflects life, and shapes a better future. In 2014, she joined RTKL Shanghai office as senior project architect and project manager, focused on hospitality, retail and commercial office space. Jing joined WeWork since Feb. 2017, now she is working as Technical Director of Greater China, focusing on building up the regional design strategy from WeWork global standard, and improving quality of design deliverables.

Louie Cheng is President and founder of PureLiving, an indoor environmental health and safety consulting firm with offices in 6 cities across China and India, which help residential and commercial clients navigate the challenges of air and water quality, mold, asbestos and lead exposure issues. Louie has more than 20 years of scientific consulting experience as a chemical and biological warfare engineer with the US Army, trained with the US CDC, and was formerly the Asia Strategy Director for Thomson Reuters’ Scientific Division. He is the chapter director of the China Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association and has personally led over 1700 indoor environmental and green building projects, including LEED/WELL/RESET certifications for the headquarters of JLL, Glumac, and MMoser and the WPP Building, Citibank HK and Parkview Green. He holds a BA from Harvard and an MBA from Dartmouth Business School.

Darwin is the Head of Innovation, Markets of JLL China. Aside from experimenting with ways to enhance effectiveness and productivity with changes in service models and use of technologies, he is involved at looking for property technologies JLL can acquire or JLL's VC fund can invest in.

Gavin is Vice President at Glumac. He is leading firm’s MEP and sustainable design/consultancy projects in Aisa and involved in operation and business development activities of Glumac Shanghai. Gavin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering from Tianjin University and Master’s degree in Building Science from University of Southern California.

He is experienced in MEP+ELV engineering, sustainable technology integration, BIM, Green Building Consulting (LEED, China Three Star and WELL) and building energy analysis. With his passion in sustainable design and experience of both Asia and US markets, Gavin has successfully managed complex high-profile engineering and sustainability projects including Fortune 500 company headquarters, large mix-used, high rise, mission critical, education, and eco-district projects and help clients to build green building that works.
