The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai's Nanjing Center cordially invites you to join the Cross-Department Communication "Model United Nations" Sandbox Experience Course on June 30 (Tuesday), from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at The Executive Centre.
In today's complex workplace environment, professionals often face cross-departmental collaboration challenges — projects get stuck at departmental interfaces with blurred responsibilities and mutual waiting; numerous meetings fail to reach consensus due to siloed mentalities and low efficiency; when cross-departmental cooperation is needed, colleagues may be unresponsive or make various excuses. This experience course addresses these pain points through an innovative, immersive "Model United Nations" sandbox simulation, integrating core business management skills to enhance cross-departmental communication and collaboration capabilities for teams and managers.
