China's new Individual Income Tax Rules (个人所得税法) came into effect on January 1, introducing new definitions and rules that impact all taxpayers in China. To provide member your with more guidance on these new rules, AmCham Shanghai has invited Deloitte Non-resident Tax Experts to conduct a workshop on March22, Friday, 14:00 - 16:00 am on the new tax rules including the changes in definition of "tax-paying resident".
