Eline Liu现任UPS 中国客户解决方案高级经理，常驻上海，全面负责内地及港澳地区的客户跨境物流供应链解决方案设计及执行；凭借其在物流领域和供应链方面的丰富经验，帮助UPS在快速变动且充满挑战的环境中推动并实现业务增长。在此之前，Eline Liu 曾任UPS中国华北区销售部门经理及小包裹操作部交通运输经理等职位，通过历练，使Eline Liu构建出从战略到落地的独特实操方法。 她拥有国际贸易学士学位及中国科学技术大学工商管理硕士学位。

Weisi Xie is the Shanghai Director at the Economist Intelligence Corporate Network (EICN), and is responsible for engaging with top executives in the region on key economic and political issues as well as industry-specific analysis to support their businesses in the dynamic Chinese market.

Mr. Xie served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University before joining EICN. As a trained trade economist, his teaching and research mainly focused on the fields of international trade, industrial economics and economic development, with a particular emphasis on China’s economy in a global perspective. He also possesses extensive expertise in the non-profit sector through work experience with think tanks and international organisations, including the Shanghai Institute for National Economy and the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland, where he contributed to multiple government counselling projects and policy studies. His work has appeared in leading academic journals as well as major economic policy publications. He was a contributor to The World Trade Report, the flagship annual publication of the WTO, co-authored with the former Chief Economist of the US Department of State on policy reports of the TRIPS Agreement; he worked with the Trade and Agriculture Director of the OECD onevaluating the patterns of structural transformation across the globe during the course of globalization; his academic research focuses on exploring the role of financial development inshaping bilateral trade patterns and the demand-side effects on international trade structure; he has also recently studied the impact of industrial policies and environmental regulations on the productivity of Chinese manufacturing firms.

Mr. Xie has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a B.A. in International Business from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

Iris Wang于2015年加入中金公司，现为投资银行部并购组执行总经理，负责跨境并购业务，聚焦为中企出境并购、外资在华战略等提供全方位、一站式、多元化的并购顾问服务。在加入中金公司之前，她曾任职于花旗环球金融亚洲有限公司中国投资银行部。

Mr. Chunyang Shao is a partner of JunHe LLP and currently practices at Shanghai office as the managing partner.
Mr. Shao specializes in corporate, foreign investment, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, banking, international trade, infrastructure & project finance.
Mr. Shao has represented various multinational corporations and investment funds on their investments and mergers and acquisitions in China. In the meantime, Mr. Shao has acted as PRC counsel for either the issuer or the underwriter for the IPO and domestic or offshore listing of PRC conglomerates or high-growth companies. Mr. Shao has also been active in the practice areas of general commercial, international trade, ODI, foreign direct investment, venture capital, PE investment, real estate, infrastructure and project finance, commercial arbitration and litigation.
In recognition of his extensive experience in the capital market, Mr. Shao was elected by Chambers Global as “The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business” (2007-2024). Mr. Shao is elected by Chambers Asia-Pacific as the Eminent Practitioner and the Senior Statespeople in Capital Markets: Debt & Equity (PRC Firms) in 2019 and 2021. Mr. Shao is listed as one of the Best Lawyers of PRC by the Ministry of Justice of PRC in 2021 and one of the Excellent Lawyers in Shanghai by Shanghai Bar Association in 2023.
