Lila was born and raised in California and moved to Beijing to attend university, where she graduated with a double degree from Peking University and Waseda University, majoring in Film and Television Studies. While studying at Peking University, she co-founded Y-Platform, which was one of the earliest MCNs to be founded in China. Y-China hosts a variety of diverse creators from all over the world and collectively have over 100 million followers across a multitude of both Chinese and international social media platforms. She also co-hosts Y-Platform’s main channel @歪果仁研究协会 and runs her own channel @星悦小美女PKU.

After 15 years working in marketing, Yishu launched Little Fierce, a biodegradable children’s shoe brand. As a marketing professional, she has helped many brands reach consumers in both China and international markets. As a content creator, she has successfully grown an Instagram following of 172k followers within a year.

Ms Miriam Wickertsheim is a German national and holds a double degree in Asia Studies and Economics from Germany and Tsinghua University. She is the General Manager of Direct HR, one of China’s most well-known German-speaking recruitment firms. She is a recognized senior leader in the HR Service industry and a frequent speaker at various prestigious organizations in China and shares insights from the realities of Western firms in China via her YouTube channel @ChinaPerspectives.
