Here's a great chance for your children to participate in a charity event with their unique talent!
Soong Ching Ling Children's Reading Palace, one of the Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the Public Welfare Fund's core initiatives, is launching the 2019 "TongLing" International Children's Art Exhibition in partnership with AmCham Shanghai. All the entries will join the charity bazaar at the gala on December 7. The selected pieces by the judging panel will be auctioned and funds raised will be donated to the Soong Ching Ling Children's Reading Palace, which brings reading and writing to underprivileged children in rural China.

所有参赛作品都将参加2019年12月7日举办的合众爱心晚会的"童龄"画展以及慈善义卖;其中评委会选出的优秀作品还将在晚会现场进行拍卖,筹得善款悉数捐赠宋庆龄儿童阅读室项目。
宋庆龄儿童阅读室由上海宋庆龄基金会—合众公益基金资助,捐助款项全部用于宋庆龄儿童阅读室的筹建。
Theme: The Incredible Her
作品主题:了不起的她
Criteria:
1) 2D work using oil paintings, acrylics, photographs and mixed materials
2) Take "The Incredible Her" as the theme for creation; however, characters or human figures are not allowed to appear in the work. The theme can be used as inspiration and applied to nature, landscapes, earth and many more ideas.
3) The size of each work should be between 0.2 square meters and 1 square meter.
4) Attendees can submit no more than two works, of which at least one work should express the theme of "The Incredible Her." Other works have no specific requirement, but to demonstrate children's wildest imagination.
参选作品要求:
1)以油画、丙烯、坦培拉、综合媒介为创作类型的平面架上作品;
2)以《了不起的她》为创作主题,但是不能以人物为原型创作,主题可包括但不限于自然,风景,地球等等,发挥想象力。
3)每幅作品尺寸不小于0.2平米,不大于1平米;
4)艺术家投稿数量不超过2幅,其中至少1幅作品需体现《了不起的她》主题,其他作品对创作主题无具体要求, 体现童龄小朋友想象力最高水准即可

More about Soong Ching Ling's Children's Reading Palace:
The first Soong Ching Ling Children's Reading Palace was established in October 1946. It was opened to give children from poor families easy access to reading and writing.
On December 19, 2017, the project was relaunched by the Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the Public Welfare Fund. Up to today, it has set up seven sites in Qinghai, He'nan, He Bei and other areas.
