Yi Yu is the President for Accenture Ali Business Group, a strategic business partnership to drive innovation and growth in booming digital economy, positioned to provide end to end solution to clients digital transformation. He is also a member of the Greater China Market Unit Council and Accenture’s Global Leadership Council.

Yi Yu was the President of Accenture Digital Greater China where he was responsible for scaling Accenture’s capabilities across Interactive, Applied Intelligence and Industry X.0 and expanding the company’s digital presence in the local marketplace. Over his tenure as the lead, Accenture Digital’s business in Greater China grew more than three times with 8 V&As.

Prior to joining Accenture, he was the Managing Director for Intel Corporation’s Heath & Life Science Group in China and Greater Asia. He has profound knowledge across the health sector and insights into big data, IoT and cloud with his work experience in Intel, Cisco, IBM and a number of NGOs and start-ups in China, U.S. and Singapore.

Yi Yu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore. He has been a post doctoral fellow of Molecular Biology from the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
