    Jimmy, as migrated Singaporean born & grew up in China before age of 30, is a native Chinese immersed in Chinese culture and business practices in his initial careers serving State-owned Enterprises (SOE), Sino-Japanese JV. Upon post-undergraduate MBA in Singapore, Jimmy joined a few renowned MNCs like Hewlett-Packard and SIEMENS in Singapore, whereby Jimmy took the fast track to grow from finance analyst to regional CFO in China. Jimmy has been around with work-study experiences in USA, Germany, Singapore and China. On 2005 Jimmy took the mission to act as one of Infineon’s Cultural Ambassadors to cascade corporate values to regional sites to ensure smooth strategy deployment by overcoming cross-cultural hurdles. Ever since, Jimmy has been committed to various inhouse and external trainings in cross-cultural awareness for American and German companies.

    Jimmy has been devoting his passion to training, coaching and talent development programs since his initial engagement with 7 Habits of Highly Effective People course certification in 2001 and practical training deliveries thereafter. Jimmy has been certified with a few other courses in the fields of leadership, High Performance Team, Change Management, Workshop Facilitation and Executive Coach under ICF association.

    Jimmy recently switched his role from global CFO of American Printed Circuit Board giant MFLEX, to pursue his passion in people development training and coaching. In the past 20 years Jimmy has served clients like 3M, Abott, Emerson, Knowles, Infineon Technologies, Bosch, Continental and many others, covering wide range of industries in semiconductor, manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods and service industries.

    Jimmy’s book on young professional career development is well received in mainland China and Taiwan markets.

  • Cancellation within 3-working days before the training, 80% ticket fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 7-working days before the training, 50% ticket fee will be charged.
  • To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
