Dr. Lei Xiao is primarily responsible for developing digital technologies focused on energy saving and carbon reduction, leveraging cloud computing and AI. The AI-driven sustainability product Alibaba Cloud Energy Expert, which he helped develop, has serviced major sports events such as the Olympic Esports Week Singapore 2023, the 19th Asian Games, and the Paris 2024. He received the SBR Management Excellence Award 2023 - Innovator of the Year. Before joining Alibaba Cloud, he served as a Senior Data Scientist at Cenovus Energy in Canada, where he was in charge of sustainable development and digital transformation in the energy industry.

Richard is the Managing Director of Collective Responsibility, the Founder of HandsOn China, and an Adjunct Professor of Sustainability and Social Innovation at Southern Methodist University, Driven by the belief that change begins with a single step, Richard Brubaker has spent the last 20 years in Asia working to engage, inspire, and equip those around him to take their first step. To date, Richard has overseen the development and execution of more than 200 projects focused on
solving the social, environmental, and economic challenges that are faced in Asia. Richard holds a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
