In the context of the global industrial chain reorganization, China's economic development faces numerous internal and external challenges. Internally, there are issues such as the withdrawal of foreign capital, the real - estate and debt crises. Externally, China encounters obstacles like high - tech embargoes by Western countries and changes in trade policies. China's economic data in 2024 shows that overall demand is weak, corporate revenues and profits have declined, the youth unemployment rate is high, import and export trade is unstable, and the investment confidence of foreign companies has decreased.

Facing these difficulties, Chinese enterprises need to adjust their strategies, such as exploring new markets, reducing costs, and innovating technologies. Some enterprises have already started to expand overseas markets, and industries such as automobiles and consumer electronics have experienced rapid growth. At the same time, when going global, enterprises also face challenges such as market competition and differences in regulations.

    Kai is the Co-Founder and CEO of JINGdigital, a leading Marketing Technology (MarTech)
    solution and service provider in China. Founded in 2016, JINGdigital has successfully served
    approximately 400 global and local brands, primarily in the high-tech, manufacturing, and life
    sciences industries. As a leader in digital transformation, JINGdigital helps customers more
    effectively acquire potential leads, build customer data assets, improve lead conversion,
    enable cross-functional collaboration, and fundamentally revolutionize the role of marketing
    within their organizations. With its recent strategic expansion, JINGdigital has also become a
    driving force in supporting Chinese enterprises in their globalization efforts through cutting￾edge marketing technologies and services.
    Prior to JINGdigital, Kai was the Founder and CEO of Capvision Group, which he successfully
    exited in 2015. He previously served as Managing Director at Cisco Systems in China and as a
    Manager at Bain & Company in both the Shanghai and New York offices. Additionally, he spent
    a significant amount of time working for Siemens AG across Germany, the U.S., and China.
    Kai holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the Lauder
    Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Aachen
    University of Technology in Germany.
