ISLC的第一阶和第二阶教练认证课程已获得ICF(国际教练联合会)的Level One和Level Two认证资 质。完成ISLC教练认证课程后，学员即可加入我们的优秀校友网络，继续学习和教练实践，提高 专业水准。

Olivia is a life coach and mindfulness teacher. She is Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher, the mindfulness based emotional intelligence leadership program designed and tested at Google. She is also Appreciative Inquiry (AI) certified practitioner, it is a strengths-based, positive approach to leadership development and organizational change. At the same time, Olivia finished Hakomi (mindfulness-based somatic therapy) professional skill level 1 training. With integrating mindfulness AI, and Hakomi techniques into coaching and personal development training, Olivia facilitates personal transformation for individuals and people who work for corporates/organizations. Olivia’s work is very experiential and effective to take clients to higher consciousness level. She believes that most of patterns and beliefs which holding us back from connecting with others and living a better life are outside of our consciousness. By practicing mindfulness to observe your body and emotional reactions with curiosity and without judgement, you can identify those patterns and beliefs and break free to improve the relationship with self, others and the world. Olivia’s personal mindfulness practice is the root of her teaching. Her motto is “Be the change you wish to see in the world” which motivates her to do what she is doing.
Olivia interviewed by many magazines including Elle and Lohas to promote mindful lifestyle. She has done personal development trainings and mindfulness trainings with many corporate clients such as Marie Claire, JW Hotel, Richemont, Noah, Korn Ferry, Dwight International School, Shanghai Centre, CIIC, Heidrick & Struggles, W.W.Grainger , McCain Foods, as well as members of community groups such as CEIBS, IPWS(International Professional Women’s Society), FLADY Sorority, EO( Entrepreneurs’ Organization).
