Legal risks may include fraud risk, default risk, etc. From the compliance perspective, the related aspects may cover export control, trade-based money laundering, sanctions and so on. Especially in the event of recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Hongkong, Shenzhen and Shanghai, it draws our attention again that if the enterprises can invoke force majeure as an exemption for breach of contract in global trade transactions.
