采购成本分析、成本管理是采购人员工作的重中之重。如何能使采购成本变得透明? 如何获取合理价格实现双赢,并且避免直接杀价及伤害供应商关系?这些是采购人员普遍面临的问题及困惑,也是本节课努力的目标。通过课程的学习,系统地了解采购成本分析及相关工具的使用,实现采购成本透明,做到有的放矢,推动采购成本下降,结合案例的练习,帮助学员掌握成本下降的方法。


Purchasing cost analysis, and cost management are most important tasks of purchasing people. How to achieve transparent purchasing cost? How to get reasonable price to achieve a win-win situation with the suppliers, without directly bargaining and damaging the relationship with suppliers? Through this course, we will address these problems. This course will help trainees systematically understand the purchasing cost analysis and the use of relevant tools, so as to realize transparent purchasing cost and achieve the target of purchasing cost reduction. Combined with case studies and practices, trainees will not only learn the theories, but also know how to apply the tools to tackle the real problems they have met or will do.
