    Claudia Kosser has been with Finsbury’s global operations for nearly a decade. She launched and leads Finsbury’s Shanghai office and advises clients from various sectors in corporate communications, including internal and change communications, on strategic position as well as in M&A-transactions and crisis situations. Having worked in Frankfurt and Hong Kong prior to Shanghai, she is an expert on communications in both regions. She brings her intercultural skillset to cross-border mandates in multiple sectors, e.g. automotive suppliers, industry, retail and technology.

    Kendall Bitonte has been living in China since 2013. She advises international clients in the automotive/NEV, education, insurance and consumer goods sectors on how to best position themselves in China. Out of the Beijing office, she combines diverse China experience and an international perspective to her work. She has led the communications and business development program at a Chinese, non-governmental environmental organization and managed the international media relations for Peking University, Guanghua School of Management.
