
Rosa Qiao is the President of IKEA Supply China as well as the board member of all IKEA Supply Chain companies in China, which oversees the Finance, Customs, Legal, Risk & Compliance, etc. departments.
Based in China, IKEA Supply China (ISCN) is responsible for the wholesale trading and import-export business of IKEA brand throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including purchasing contracts signing, import/export and bonded warehouse management, wholesale pricing, product compliance, etc., supplying 100+ IKEA retail stores, distribution centers and customer distribution centers in Asia Pacific. As a business unit with expertise in finance, customs, legal and corporate governance, risk and compliance, and asset management, ISCN also provides corporate services to other business units within Inter IKEA Group in China. ISCN consists of 6 regional wholesale trading companies including IKEA Supply China Co., Ltd., IKEA Food Supply China Co., Ltd., and IKEA Distribution (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., etc., responsible for different areas and categories.
Rosa joined IKEA in 2006. Before that, she worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), one of the Big 4 accounting firms worldwide. She has over 20 years of experience and built & led IKEA Supply China team with responsible for making business development strategies, managing & maintaining internal and external stakeholders, ensuring & improving wholesale processes and standards, as well as striving for a compliant, safe, and sustainable green supply chain to help drive the business growth of Inter IKEA Group in Asia Pacific.

Han Shen Lin is the China Country Head at The Asia Group. Based in Shanghai, Han works in close coordination with TAG’s Washington, DC-based China Practice to lead the firm’s local presence and engagements in China, drawing upon nearly 20 years of in-country experience in China’s financial markets and corporate strategy. In addition to his role at TAG, Han is the Capstone Project Director for the NYU Shanghai MS in Quantitative Finance program and Assistant Professor of Practice in Finance.
Prior to his current positions, Han was the Deputy General Manager of Wells Fargo Bank, China, where he served as Interim Country Manager and a member of the Management Control Committee, which oversaw the bank’s China governance and risk management. Han also led the China Corporate Banking business, which advised Wells Fargo MNC clients on their U.S.-China cross-border strategic financing and trade needs. Earlier bank roles included Asia Financial Institutions Payments Product Sales Manager; Senior Coverage Banker in the China Financial Institutions Group (FIG); and corporate strategic projects analyst.
Han holds advanced degrees, including an MA in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, an MS in Global Finance from HKUST-NYU Stern, and an LLM in China Civil and Commercial Law from Fudan University Law School. He completed his undergraduate degree in business (BBA) at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Han is active in the American Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai, having served on the Board of Governors and as a former Chair of the Chamber’s Financial Services Committee. He previously served in both the U.S. Marine Corps and Peace Corps (RCPV Ukraine). Han lives in Shanghai with his wife and two daughters.

Today, she is the founder of Global6, an urban development consultancy working across China, India, Brazil, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe to help cities finance and implement sustainable growth strategies.

Devin Nambiar is COO of Mattel Game Studios – formerly a joint venture between Mattel and NetEase and now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mattel, Inc. – where he leads global game development, publishing and strategy as part of Mattel’s expansion into digital games. With nearly 15 years of experience in gaming, Devin has held leadership roles across product development, product management, and publishing for major mobile and PC game titles including UNO! Mobile, EA SPORTS FC, Need for Speed, NBA Live, Command & Conquer, Plants vs. Zombies, Marvel, and Lord of the Rings. He previously spent a decade at Electronic Arts as GM of APAC R&D, and before that was an early pioneer at Silicon Valley mobile gaming unicorn Kabam – helping globalize Kabam’s workforce with expansion from Silicon Valley to Beijing.
Devin is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a judge for the Game Developers Choice Awards and MUX Awards, and a frequent speaker at industry events including GDC, PG Connects, and Gamescom.
