Trevor Bilicke is a 30-year 3M employee, originally from Albion, Michigan, USA. He joined 3M in 1989 in Optimized Operations after graduating from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial) degree. His 3M career has spanned process engineering, supervision, Six Sigma, plant management, and operations management. Trevor has acquired multiple product, technology and M&A experiences with extensive global travel and responsibility. Last June, he relocated to Shanghai where he is responsible for 3M Greater China Area Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
Dr. Bai earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and M.A. in Management Science from ESCP Europe. Her current research primarily focuses on governance design, digital economy, adaptive efficiency, collective creativity and related topics. The book, "China’s Development: Capitalism and Empire," co-authored with Professor Michel Aglietta, has had a significant impact in France and beyond, and has received full-page reports in major French newspapers such as Le Monde, Le Figaro and Les Échos.
Matthew Biskaduros is the Vice President of Service and Modernization, Asia Pacific for ThyssenKrupp Elevator. Currently based in Hong Kong, Matthew has worked in the elevator industry for nearly 31 years in various roles and positions in America, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Dr. Dong joined Dow in 2005 and served in various roles before assuming her current role in 2012, where she leads a team of experts in providing state-of-the-art EH&S and Sustainability service and advice in the Greater China region. Dong also served as Chairperson for the Responsible Care Committee of the Association of International Manufacturers, Secretariat of the Certification Committee, a Council Member for both the Youth Committee of the Chinese Society of Toxicology and the Shanghai Society of Toxicology. She is a certified toxicologist by the China Society of Toxicology, and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader. Dr. Dong has over 20 publications and presentations in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. She obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Pharmacology from Peking University’s Health Science Center.
Dr. Yongtai Hou is the chairman and executive director of Haohai Biological Technology. He has over 27 years’ R&D experience in the pharma industry and over 16 years’ management experience in pharma companies. Dr. Hou obtained a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Ohio University and engaged in postdoctoral research at the pharmacology department of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Hou served as a researcher and doctoral degree supervisor at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Science where he was elected by the “Hundred-Talent Program” and is recognized as one of the "Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leaders." Dr. Hou is the project leader of the National Key Research and Development Programs under the “13th-Five-Year Plan."
Zeljko Ivkovic is a German born Croatian with more than 15 years living in Asia and over 18 years of progressive experience in developing (IT) organizations, strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, team building and project management for the IT, Automotive & Logistics industry.
With almost 20 years in management across various industries in China, Cameron drives the consulting and advising initiatives at TidalWave Solutions. His expertise focuses on developing strategy in difficult business environments, executing across all functions, business profitability and global operational excellence. He was the Asia GM at a leading carbon fiber company for seven years, where he delivered an average of 48% annual revenue growth. He was also the operations director for a global sourcing and risk management company and served as business manager at a top global software company. Cameron participates extensively in the American Chamber of Commerce, having served as the Chairman of the Aerospace Sub-Committee and Co-Chair of the Future Leaders Committee. He is currently Vice Chair of the Manufacturers’ Business Council, and an advisor to the National IDC Industrial Technological Innovation Strategic Alliance.
Based in Shanghai, Lorenzo is a Partner of the consulting firm RsA, specializing in emerging countries. With long-term expertise in international consulting focusing on East Asia, Lorenzo teaches taxation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has been adjunct associate professor at the International Business School Suzhou. He’s a tax advisor and member of American CPA, Australia CPA, Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, Italian CPA and Auditor Associations. Lorenzo has held roles in the governance of institutions, multinational companies and non-profit organizations including the largest Italian groups in luxury, food and mechanical sectors. He’s published extensively on foreign investments in developing and frontier economies for several journals and publications. He’s been an advisor of diplomatic missions and government organization for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Republic of San Marino and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
Jeffrey is VP and Head of Strategic Planning & Investment at AIG China. He joined AIG in 2005 and has assumed several leadership roles in China and the greater China region. Prior to AIG, he worked at both foreign and Chinese insurance and reinsurance companies for more than a decade. Currently, Jeffrey chairs Nanjing Advisory Committee for Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and is an Executive Director of Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce (JCC) and Jiangsu Insurance Association (JIA). Jeffrey earned an MBA degree with honors at Olin Business School of Washington University.
Bill Russo is the Shanghai-based founder and CEO of Automobility Limited, a strategy and investment advisory firm helping its clients to create the future of mobility. His over 35 years of experience include 15 years as an automotive executive in China and Asia and nearly 12 years in the electronics and information technology industries. He has worked as an advisor and consultant for numerous multinational and local Chinese firms in the formulation and implementation of their global market and product strategies. Bill is also currently serving as the chair of the Automotive Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. In his current role, Bill advises startups, corporations and investors on how to maximize their participation in China’s Automobility Revolution. Bill was previously the regional head of Chrysler in North East Asia.
Adrian Shee is the Managing Director of the APAC Distribution Channel and Head of China for Nederman. For over 16 years, Mr. Shee has held leadership positions overseeing business development, distribution channels, strategic planning, finance, supply chain and operations in the APAC region on behalf of MNCs from France, Greater China, Singapore, Sweden and the United States. This breadth of management experience gives Mr. Shee a full perspective on the challenges that MNCs face when developing a comprehensive approach to manufacturing and sales in the APAC region.
Dan Wong is an expert in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and product innovation -- with over 20 years of experience in Greater China and Silicon Valley. As CEO of artificial intelligence startup Rokid, Mr. Wong was one of the earliest industry pioneers to apply AI technology to home use. At Rokid, Mr. Wong brought to market a cutting-edge home AI product that captured numerous industry accolades, including the CES Innovation Award 2016 and 2017. He also has substantial experience driving and implementing digital transformation initiatives at large multinationals like Samsung and Nokia. Mr. Wong is now a mentor and adviser to several startups in the artificial intelligence, converged retail, Industry 4.0, and smart home industries. Mr. Wong holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Materials Science from Stanford University.
Florian is an Industry 4.0 Specialist and chief technology officer with long engineering and general management experience. He started his career as a design engineer in the R&D sector and has set up and managed several engineering offices in China, Singapore, the USA and Malaysia for hydraulic, electric, mechanic, vision and software design. Since 2015, his focus has been on Industry 4.0 and digitalization technologies. As CTO, he is responsible for the Innovation Management and Technology Development at ruhlamat Automation Technologies and the Digitalization Division as GM of ruhlamat Smart Technologies. He is the co-initiator and technology expert of the Smart Manufacturing Application Sharing Forum and a member of the Board of Directors of DUSA European Companies Suzhou Association. He won the 2018 award for the Jiangsu High-Level Innovation and Entrepreneurship High Skilled Talent.
Frank Ye is director of strategic planning for Huayu Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. Since 2009, Frank has been responsible for leading M&A projects, corporate strategy, business development and portfolio management for the Planning and Development Department at HASCO. Previously, he worked in the Component Business Management Board of SAIC Group, responsible for all strategic projects arising from the Group and its JV partners. Due to his strategic planning role and his 20+ years of experience in the automotive sector for leading groups (ZF Shanghai Steering System, SAIC) in various managing roles, Frank has profound knowledge in the automotive component business and the latest mega trends taking place in the automotive business in China and overseas markets. Frank holds an EMBA degree from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
