A. How to Measure Success in D&I (English)
The ongoing #MeToo movement, recent Starbucks incident, and other events have elevated the need to discuss and address diversity and inclusion (D&I) challenges in the workplace. Asia's D&I issues differ from that of the US, but we have similar challenges in encouraging open discussions on diversity and in measuring how inclusive we are at the workplace. The workshop leaders will share some commonly seen D&I challenges and how companies are defining and measuring inclusion. They will also share examples of the innovative tools available. This will be an interactive discussion and participants are encouraged to share their own practices.
B. Unlocking the Potential of LGBT + Allies in your Organization (English)
D&I Allies can be the catalyst to create an inclusive environment. Employees who feel included and able to bring their whole self to work out perform those who do not and outperform the environment. During the session you'll learning some practical tips and guidance on LGBT meanings and how to harness the full potential of LGBT + Allies in your organization.
C. Coaching the Millennial Generation (Chinese)
During the workshop, TTI will share the Millennials Career Expectation survey results. Also discussed will be effective tools for managing and motivating millennials to help managers understand their motivators and driving forces. The workshop will conclude with a successful case study and introduce some effective tools for managing and motivating millennials.
D. Talent Portfolio Agility for the Workforce of the Future (Chinese)
The world of work is changing rapidly, from how the work is done, when and where the work gets done, who does the work, to what does the work. Beyond traditional employees, the "agile work force" is projected to account for 50% and 70% of the US work force by 2019 and 2025, respectively. It includes partners, franchisers, brand ambassadors, cultural catalysts, experts in residence, other freelancers, and "technology-driven talent" such as robotics artificial intelligence. How prepared is your company in building and utilizing the agile work force, at the organizational level, the departmental level (HR and supply chain departments will be most disrupted), and the team level? Come join this workshop to learn the latest research from CCL and best practices from its partner companies and your peers.
