Gus has over 15 years of experience in the training industry with extensive experience in fields such as training management, talent development, leadership development, team-building and change management. He is adept at designing and implementing projects such as organization diagnosis, learning and developing system building, leadership development, team synergy, performance improvement.
Gus has served in SGS, the third largest inspection and testing organization in the world for nearly 10 years and built a comprehensive learning and developing system for SGS; the Talent Pool project led by him has created ~500 mid-top managers for the company and has become one of the signature projects of SGS. Meanwhile he established an internal facilitator team and led it to design and develop a series of courses. These courses played a crucial role in training employees and developing service business. Up to now, there is still a great demand in the company for these courses which are given by internal facilitators.
Gus has served many customers including Friesland (China), SGS China and Hongkong, Thermo Fisher, Credit card Center of Bank of Communication, HIK Vision, HP (China), GE Plastics, BENQ Electronics, Shanghai Jahwa, Shanghai New International Expo Center, etc.
