In this training led by Aurelien Rigart and Thomas Guillamaud of ITC, a leading digital agency in Shanghai working with brands such as GAP, Zara, Porsche, Decathlon, Budweiser, Leica, and many more, participants will learn the process behind designing interfaces that achieve goals, no matter the device nor the purpose: brand websites, e-commerce sites, apps, dashboards and WeChat will be discussed. Furthermore, the two speakers will discuss in details the techniques to optimize the design and improve performance, and will guide the audience through activities and tests to make use of what has been learned during the training.
