AmCham Shanghai’s Human Resources Committee invites you to join Social Media Recruiting Revolution on Thursday, August 31 from 15:30 – 17:00 at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.
China has recently emerged as a global leader in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes with many organizations investing considerable time and effort to establish their Careers WeChat account. The AJINGA survey uncovered that for many companies, the investment efforts to date have not yet translated into significantly improved recruitment results. What can be improved and what needs to change? The survey identified a handful of companies that are clearly leading the way with smart investments, new approaches and leading practices that generate tangible results which we can all learn from.
Beecher Ashley-Brown, Senior Vice President of AJINGA.com will give a presentation on the Social Media Recruiting Revolution followed by a panel discussion with senior HR leaders Christophe Didion, Executive Vice President at EF (Education First), Anne-Marie McCaughan, APAC Staffing Head at Henkel, and Annaliza Woo, Senior Director, Asia Talent Acquisition at Coach, moderated by HR Committee Chair at AmCham Shanghai.
