Aiying Wang is VP/GM for the Electrical Component Division in the Asia Pacific Region of Eaton Corporation since March 2016. She has full P&L responsibility including manufacturing operations, R&D, marketing, and sales of Eaton low voltage electrical components and Bussmann fuses. Manufacturing footprints and R& D functions are located in Xian for Eaton Bussmann BU and in Suzhou for Eaton Electrical Compony. Products developed and manufactured in both plants fulfill China and APAC needs as well as support global requirement.

Previously Aiying was VP/GM for KEMET Electronics located in Suzhou, China from Y2011 to Y2016, where she took great pride in building an engaged team to turn operations around, achieve worldwide performance records and create a sustainable winning culture.

Aiying served in a diversity of roles working in the USA from 1993 to 2011 including R&D, operations, and supply chain with BIC Corporation, KEMET Electronics, and Michelin Tire companies. In her first industrial job as a bench chemist and scientist at BIC USA, she was granted over a dozen US patents.

Aiying holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the US and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from China. Aiying is a proud mother of 3 children. Aiying is passionate about raising the bar on leadership with the teams and in the community. She served as Vice-Chair and Chair for AmCham Shanghai, Suzhou Center, from 2013 to 2018. She has been an active mentor for Eaton Global, Eaton APAC, AmCham Win in China, and Global Women Connect organization. Aiying has recently completed the Australia Coaching Certification program to further enable her to contribute to leadership development.

Jessie Zhang was appointed as the CFO, APAC for Eaton in October 2018. Jessie provides financial leadership for the hydraulics, vehicle business and corporate in Asia Pacific. Jessie joined Eaton in Mar 2015 from GE. Jessie spent almost 10 years with GE in Finance Function in both the U.S. and China, most recently severed as CFO China, GE Industrial Solutions. Before that Jessie has above 5-year working experience in Nestle in both China HQ and plant. Jessie holds a bachelor's degree in Economics (with major in investment) Eaton is dedicated to improving the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
