Selected by the government of Zhejiang province through examinations and appraisal ,Frank Yue was finally selected to attend training courses on international trade law in Washington International Law Institute of Georgetown University. During his stay in USA, Frank Yue got a chance to intern and work as a visiting attorney and Chinese law specialist in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Washington DC Office. Thanks to arrangements by International Law Institute, Frank Yue also attended many courses / lectures / seminars sponsored and given by prestigious US law firms such as Paul Hastings, Akin Gump, Arnold & Porter, Morgan Lewis ,etc. Such study and work experience helped Frank Yue a better understanding of US law as well as international law practice.
毕业于杭州大学（现浙江大学），受浙江省政府及省司法厅、外经贸委的委派赴美国乔治敦大学华盛顿国际法学院学习。2003年年起执业，曾执业于浙江浙经律师事务所、浙江天屹律师事务所、锦天城律师事务所杭州分所，2009年加入京衡律师事务所。曾在美国知名律师事务所Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP华盛顿分所实习及工作。资深律师，现为京衡律师事务所合伙人。

Wei Wang is a senior partner at CELG Law Firm and serves as the director of the Criminal Professional Committee and deputy director of the Tax Professional Committee.
