东方枢纽国际商务合作区先行启动区即将正式封关运行。作为上海开放与推进国际化经贸合作的重要平台，该合作区将为跨国企业提供更加便利的营商环境与创新政策支持。为帮助会员企业提前了解区域内的载体设施、功能规划及政策机遇，上海美国商会将与上海市外国投资促进中心共同组织本次探营活动，为企业提供零距离探访合作区的机会。机会难得，欢迎会员企业积极参与。

参与须知

1. 合作区目前已进入封关测试阶段，参访需提前办理入场证件。
2. 成功报名后，参会人员将收到主办方邮件及办理证件所需的相关信息，请于1月16日前填写并反馈，以便统一安排；
3. 活动当天将安排大巴统一往返，具体集合地点与行程细节将在报名后另行通知。

Event Overview

The pilot zone of the East Hub International Business Cooperation Zone is set to commence official sealed operations soon. As a key platform for Shanghai's opening-up and its advancement of international economic and trade cooperation, the Zone will provide multinational enterprises with a more favorable business environment and innovative policy support. To help member companies gain early insight into the infrastructure, functional planning, and policy opportunities within the Zone, The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and the Shanghai Foreign Investment Promotion Center will jointly organize this exploratory site visit, offering an exclusive opportunity to closely experience the Cooperation Zone. This is a valuable opportunity, and member companies are warmly encouraged to participate.

Participation Guidelines

• The Cooperation Zone is currently in its sealed testing phase. All visitors must obtain an entry permit in advance.
• Upon successful registration, attendees will receive an email from the organizers containing relevant information and documents required for the permit application. Please complete and submit the required information by January 16 to facilitate centralized arrangements.
• Round-trip shuttle bus service will be provided on the event day. Specific details regarding the meeting point and itinerary will be communicated separately after registration.
