讲座内容将包括中国零售行业的现状,零售企业怎么生存,怎么运营 ;零售行业未来,在常态化疫情防控的大背景下如何提效,如何更适应环境发展等。

    何欣是可口可乐公司大中华区和蒙古运营部的电子商务及数字化业务副总裁,负责其端到端的数字化战略、全渠道业务发展和数字化转型。何欣自 2021 年以来一直在可口可乐公司工作。在此之前,他在 Crocs、耐克和阿迪达斯等体育用品领域拥有超过 10 年的数字和电子商务领导职位。他拥有上海财经大学金融学学士学位和欧洲工商管理学院工商管理硕士学位。

    He Xin is Vice President of Digital Commerce and O2O for the Coca-Cola Company, Greater China & Mongolia Operating Unit where he is responsible for its end-to-end digital strategy, omnichannel business development, and digital transformation. He Xin has worked for the Coca-Cola Company since 2021. Prior to that, he has over 10 years of digital and eCommerce leadership positions in the sporting goods sector including Crocs, Nike, and Adidas. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.

    Chris has over 13 years of experience in driving success in consumer engagement via insight-driven strategy and solid strategy-landing collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.

    Chris worked at well-known agencies and brands with extensive experience in omnichannel strategy development, digital marketing and advertising, CRM, and digital transformation. She has a profound understanding of the Luxury, Fashion, Beauty & Cosmetics, and FMCG industries.

    Chris is knowledgeable in digital ecosystems with multiple certifications in BBATs.
