For Mental Health Awareness Month, AmCham Shanghai's Future Leaders Committee invites you to join our Introduction to Mindfulness event from 7:00 - 8:30 pm on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020.
We entered 2020 feeling like a world of illusion, from natural disaster to worldwide epidemic, these global events certainly did not fail to fill us with
anxiety.
At the same time, in this fast moving digital age, we are frequently faced with information overload, leaving us in a state of exhaustion, anxiety and stress. We find it hard to focus on what's truly important in hand and set ourselves in an endless search on how to be more effective.
Is there a way to live in more peace?
Welcome to the world of mindfulness! In this workshop, explore what is mindfulness, the science behind it, how we be more focused, engaged and effective, plus it's many benefits. Get first hand experience with mindfulness practice and experience how mindfulness can be your secret superpower just by being present.
This event will be an online + offline event. We will accept a maximum of 25 attendees in the AmCham office and we will use Zoom webinar for those who are not able to join in person.
