    Sherry Gong is a partner of Hogan Lovells. Her practice focuses on government regulatory, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, privacy and information management, and employment. She advised many multinational companies and organizations in cross-border transactions, especially in education, and telecommunications, media & technology industries.

    She represented more than 100 international educational clients for their operation and activities in China, including helping clients setting up joint venture universities, joint programs, subsidiaries or representative offices in China, online programs, counselling on Foreign NGO Law issues, advising on using complicated company structures and contractual arrangements for clients to enter into Chinese education markets and achieve their business needs.
