    Since Feb 2019, Mrs. Lee has been the Executive Vice President of Bosch (China) Investment Ltd, Board member of Bosch China, responsible for Asia Pacific Human Resources management and innovations.

    Mrs. Rosa Lee graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with law degree, and obtained MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwest University & Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Having gained a breadth of leadership experience in several large multinational companies and accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in HR and business areas, Rosa joined Bosch in 2010 as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of Bosch China. From 2015, she is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Management in Stuttgart Germany Bosch Global Headquarter. Starting from Feb 2019, she joins the Management Board of Bosch China as the Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in Asia Pacific.

    Ramona has rich experience in organization transformation, leadership development, talent management and post M&A integration. She provided consulting services to leading multinationals, state owned enterprises across industries of financials, real estates, manufacturing, consumer, retailing and education in China and Asia.

    Ramona leads Future of Work service and digital transformation. She is a frequent speaker at public conferences on organization transformation and human capital trends and strategies.

    Managing Director of Washington Fudan EMBA

    Paul Shao (้‚ตๅ‹ƒ) heads Executive Education for Fudan University’s School of Management. The EE department leads all non-degree programs – management and leadership development for enterprises and individuals. Paul’s four units within EE account for 1/3 of the School of Management's total revenue.

    He is also program director for two of Fudan SEM’s collaborative graduate programs: the Executive MBA offered in partnership with Washington University in St. Louis, and the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) offered in partnership with Hong Kong City University. In his director roles, Bo oversees the programs’ operations in China, from student enrollment and services, to alumni engagement and overall program branding.
    Before working in higher education, Paul worked for 15 years in world-renowned research and consulting firms such as AC Nielsen and Interbrand. Bo holds an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and is a doctoral candidate at the Rossier School, University of Southern California.
