Planning travel during COVID can be challenging. The trip decisions are often complicated by variable travel policies across countries and unexpected situations that bring abrupt policy changes. In the last few months in particular, both US and China has released changes to their visa policies. To help members stay updated on US-China travel policies and plan for trips with more assurance, AmCham Shanghai is organizing a briefing by the US Consulate General in Shanghai and Visa Care. Senior Deputy Non-Immigrant Visa Chief, Susan Plott, will first introduce the latest US polices on non-immigrant visas and application process. Followed by a short break, Visa Care CEO Mindy Hu will explain recent changes to Chinese travel policies, including visa regulations and travel restrictions.
