In the upcoming session of the Understanding Trade Compliance Laws, we will focus on current issues concerning most Multi-National Companies amid the U.S. - China Trade tension, particularly in relation to international trade compliance.
Christine Xu, the APAC Counsel for the Hydraulics and Aerospace Groups at Eaton will discuss US Sanction law and its exterritorial applications (Long Arm Jurisdiction), the U.S. list of Embargoed Countries, some recent cases including the Huawei case, and a roundtable discussion among the groups.
