Dora has accumulated experiences via working in multiple multinational companies in four major industries including Healthcare, Technology, High Speed Rail and Financial Insurance for more than 20 years. She is proficient in English and Chinese, and has extensive experience in training Leadership as a Profession and leadership enhancement. Her specialty includes Leadership, Hipo development, Situational Leadership, Performance Enablement, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Building a High Performing Team, Targeted Selection, Transformational Ready Leadership, Internal Trainer, and Psychological assessment tool application.
Dora is a qualified lecturer of Facet5, Hogan, MBTI, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Situational Leadership, Change management, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP) and Leadership as a Profession while holding a lecture certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, R.O.C.
As the Head person responsible for trainings for staff in the North Asia region, professional leadership training, employee development and management are always an indispensable part of Dora’s career in HR development. During past 7 years working in China, Dora had led over 30 workshops per year acting as a senior facilitator. Her clients include Manulife-Sinochem, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Tik Tok and others.
Dora has a Management (MA) from Cambridge College, MA, U.S.A and a M.Ed from National Normal University, Taiwan.

这7年多来，Dora 在中国工作和生活。曾担任集团北亚区部的培训负责人，始终是Dora从事人力资源发展工作中不可或缺的组成部分；Dora作为资深引导师，每年引导超过30堂工作坊。她曾培训过的客户包括：抖音、广发银行、中宏保险、上海财经大学等。
她在美国麻州剑桥学院和台湾师范大学分别获得了管理硕士学位于教育硕士学位。
