Course Introduction:

It aims to inspire participants to reflect on their own management approach, help them to understand the characteristics of competent leadership, and how to take actions through different dimensions, so as to unite the team to achieve the company's goals and meet the needs of customers (internal/ external).

• All registrations shall be made online before the session. For full-day sessions, payment also shall be made before the session.

Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
