    Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield

    As Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific, Matthew is responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Asia Pacific region which consists of 14,500 employees advising occupier and investor clients.

    An Australian native, Matthew brings more than 25 years of experience from a variety of industries including real estate, financial services, professional services, engineering & construction and mining. He has worked for large global and multinational firms such as DTZ, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aviva, Orica, Leighton and UGL.

    Matthew specializes in growing successful and sustainable businesses, while at the same time establishing high performance cultures. Matthew has extensive experience executing and integrating M&A, driving growth agendas and creating inclusive organizations.

    Over the course of his career, Matthew has lived and worked in a number of different locations including Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Sydney and Chicago. A qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Matthew also holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting from RMIT University.

    As Co-Managing Director for the Gensler’s Shanghai Office, Todd leads a diverse practice of design professionals focused on driving design excellence across our portfolio footprint in China.

    He is a passionate advocate for leveraging research and collaboration to spur entrepreneurial and creative thinking that builds trust with his team and clients alike. Todd has more than 27 years of experience and has directed the design and execution of projects in global markets with award-winning mixed-use and entertainment-based portfolio. Prior to Gensler, Todd acted as one of the design leaders for MOMA PS1 in New York, Kerry Center in Shenyang, and City of Dreams in Macau.

    At Gensler Todd was instrumental in growing the Mixed Use and Retail Center practice for Greater China, with projects like Fosun Taicang Retail Street, China Merchants Group Zhanjiang Development , and Shanghai’s heritage Wujiang Road Repositioning. He is a licensed Architect in the State of California, an Executive Committee member of the American Institute of Architects Shanghai Chapter, Shanghai Advisory Committee for Urban Land Institute, and a LEED AP BD+C

    Managing Director of Tishman Speyer

    Nan Li joined Tishman Speyer Acquisitions in 2009 and is currently the General Manager for The Springs project. In this role, she focuses on the development’s investment and disposition, asset management, and JV partner and fund investor relationships. She also leads the portfolio management and investor relations functions of the firm’s U.S. denominated China Fund. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Nan worked at Crédit Suisse in Hong Kong, focusing on commercial real estate investment in China, onshore/offshore financing, and syndications. Nan was previously with JP Morgan Special Situations Group and began her career in architecture, urban design, and development, both in China and in the U.S. Nan graduated from Tsinghua University in China with a degree in architecture and holds an MA in real estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
