Jeff Yuan is a partner with PwC China and currently serves as the tax markets leader for the firm.

Jeff and his team provide cross-border tax advice to multinational companies (MNCs) in China and their overseas headquarters across major industries. Such experiences include helping MNCs design and implement sustainable cross-border transactions from China/APAC/global tax perspectives.

Jeff is a regular speaker on China and global tax and regulatory updates and trends for professional conferences and contributes frequently to professional publications on relevant subjects.

Jeff has a Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Winona State University. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rachel is head of the Communications & Publications department. She manages the Chamber's Insight magazine and co-authors the China Business Report. She also handles media relations for the Chamber.
