Anders Lennartsson is the Country Sustainability Director of IKEA China. His previous experiences include working as Country Sustainability Manager in IKEA Retail Norway and Global Sustainability Manager in IKEA Food Services. Anders’ responsibility here in China is to lead and enable the implementation of the IKEA sustainability strategy, People and Planet Positive, at IKEA retail including its logistic units.

Motivated by the belief that sustainability goals and actions should be integrated into the business, Anders Lennartsson has worked closely together with business owners to support and push the sustainability agenda for various functions, ranging from commercial, real estate, and logistics.

Anders has worked with his company with three focus areas: healthy and sustainable living, circular and climate, and fair & inclusive. Anders also makes sure that apart from delivering to the global goals in these areas, he also ensures that the company delivers to the expectations of customers, government, and other stakeholders in China.

Victoria heads up the GlobeScan team in the Asia Pacific. She is a sustainability professional with extensive international experience; committed to integrating environmental and social factors into business to drive performance and growth.
Prior to joining GlobeScan, Victoria held both consulting and in-house sustainability positions in London, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Most recently, she was at Colliers International and the International WELL Building Institute. She has worked with a range of clients including Lendlease, Citibank, JLL, Manulife, Swire Properties, SunLife Financial, Accenture, and Haworth.
Victoria established the WELL Faculty network in Asia and continues to play an active role in the global sustainability and wellness community, leading in events and knowledge-sharing forums. She holds an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and a BA in Geography and Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham, UK and she speaks Mandarin.

Working on the L'Oréal China SBWA team, Sylvia works closely with different divisions and stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to carry out L’Oréal’s sustainability commitment to Sharing Beauty with All. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to initiating activities, coordinating cross-division projects, and building relations with relevant stakeholders for supporting L’Oréal’s initiatives on sustainability.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from Uppsala University, Sweden, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy. She speaks Chinese, English, Italian and Swedish.

Ms. Portia Xin joined Ant Group in 2019 and served as Head of External Liaison department. She became Head of Global Partnerships, Social Good and Green Development at Ant Group in 2021.

Before joining Ant, Portia was a Creative Producer at Dreamworks SKG and Studio director at Oriental Dreamworks.
