Spencer Liu is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Hong Kong office, and leads McKinsey’s Sustainability Strategy service line in Greater China. He advises clients in the manufacturing, transport, and infrastructure sectors, with expertise in ESG, climate change, strategy and business transformations. With a passion on climate technology, he also advises emerging players and investors in the battery and hydrogen spaces.

Jeannie Renne-Malone is vice president of global sustainability at VFC, where she is responsible for developing and implementing a global sustainability strategy for the company. She sets goals and objectives, establishes strategies, engages stakeholders, tracks progress and reports results for corporate operations and the global portfolio. She communicates the company’s environmental stewardship and social responsibility efforts throughout Prologis and to key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors. She also oversees the development of the annual carbon footprint and sustainability reporting to various organizations.

Driven by the belief that change begins with a single step, Richard has spent the last 15 years in Asia working to engage, inspire, and equip those around him to understand their power to leverage innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership to solve "the big" challenges cities face.

Currently, as the Managing Director of Collective Responsibility, Executive Director of HandsOn China, and a Visiting Professor of Sustainability at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Richard is focused on building platforms that promote long term organizational capacity to address the economic, environmental, and social hurdles that China faces as the country’s economic growth accelerates.

Anders Lennartsson is the Country Sustainability Director of IKEA China. His previous experiences include working as Country Sustainability Manager in IKEA Retail Norway and Global Sustainability Manager in IKEA Food Services. Anders’ responsibility here in China is to lead and enable the implementation of the IKEA sustainability strategy, People and Planet Positive, at IKEA retail including its logistic units.

Motivated by the belief that sustainability goals and actions should be integrated into the business, Anders Lennartsson has worked closely together with business owners to support and push the sustainability agenda for various functions, ranging from commercial, real estate, and logistics.

Anders has worked with his company with three focus areas: healthy and sustainable living, circular and climate, and fair & inclusive. Anders also makes sure that apart from delivering to the global goals in these areas, he also ensures that the company delivers to the expectations of customers, government, and other stakeholders in China.
