Henry has over twenty years of experience in growth strategy, business development and marketing. He has worked extensively in education and automotive after service industries. Previously, Henry was the Chief Marketing Officer of General Electric for Greater China and Mongolia. Previously, he held executive positions at Motorola, the Boston Consulting Group and Monitor Group. Henry graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Engineering and Public Policy, and a MBA degree from New York University, Stern School of Business.

The team led by Ms. Dandan Ye at SSVB mainly serves technology innovative companies backed by top-tier venture capital firms in sectors such as TMT, life science, clean-tech and precision manufacturing. Based on interplay of debt and equity, Ms. Dandan Ye and her team provide technology companies with unique, innovative and various financing services to meet with their requirements in terms of operation, investment, M&A, and privatization. Mr. Dandan Ye joined Silicon Valley Bank in 2012 and took part in the preparation and launch of SPD Silicon Valley Bank, the joint venture bank established by SVB and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, as well as the local operation of the joint venture bank.

Prior to SSVB, Ms. Dandan Ye joined the Citigroup as a management trainee in 2005, and used to be regional Vice President, where she provided comprehensive financial services including credit, financial advisory and M&A financing for large local and listed companies in several markets such as Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hangzhou. She also used to provide equity and debt capital market services for Chinese companies at Citi’s Investment Bank Group in Hong Kong.

Julian has worked in China for over 10 years and personally invests in SMEs. He founded the Panda Eagle Group. The group specializes in raising capital and offers the support and services needed to structure their clients into more investor friendly entities. His company has a proven unique set of criteria that has supported tens of small businesses in their fundraising and development efforts. He graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Nelson is a seasoned finance executive with extensive investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic planning experience with an emphasis on cross-boarder M&A and capital markets. Mr. Nelson has worked in Shanghai for eight years providing strategic and financial advisory for US multinational and Greater China-based companies focusing on the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries. Prior to moving to China, Mr. Nelson had over a decade of experience in investment banking and capital raising having worked for Morgan Stanley, Sterne Agee, and the Seidler Companies.
