    Beata Dziedzic

    Beata Dziedzic, Assoc. CIPD, is a digital learning consultant who guides companies to develop their captivating employer brand, implement social media training and social learning, as well as harness the full power of LinkedIn. She is the author of Creating an Influential LinkedIn Profile and Publishing on LinkedIn courses, as well as co-author of the Social Recruiting course, launched by the Online Marketing Institute.
    While working as an executive and IT recruiter in London, she assisted companies such as Siemens, Barclays Bank, Capgemini, Infosys, Volvo and many others to acquire niche talent and improve their staffing strategies. Currently based in Shanghai, she was instrumental in Antal China’s winning LinkedIn’s Top 15 Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agencies award and growing their LinkedIn company page followers to over 3000 in less than six months, a direct result of her unified talent branding strategy on WeChat and LinkedIn.
    Beata graduated with a master’s degree in politics from Ecole Internationale des Sciences Politiques (a joint program by the University of Silesia and Sciences Po Bordeaux). She earned a certificate in Human Resources Management, Level 5 with CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and a certificate in career coaching from Ellia Communications.

Registration

  • Member Training Credit is not applicable in this session.
  • All registrations shall be made online before the session. For full-day sessions, payment also shall be made before the session.

Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.
