To help foreign-invested enterprises in Shanghai better understand China's patent administrative protection system, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai has invited officials from the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration to provide an overview of relevant policies and share practical experience.

The session will cover the legal framework, enforcement procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms for patent administrative protection, with a particular focus on Shanghai's practices in rapid enforcement, administrative adjudication, and coordinated protection, illustrated through case studies.
