Raymond Tsang is a senior partner in Bain & Company’s Shanghai office. He is head of the firm’s Performance Improvement practice in Asia Pacific.

With more than 20 years’ of consulting experience, Mr. Tsang has worked almost exclusively in Greater China for more than 10 years, with deep knowledge and insights of the local market. He has served clients in a wide range of industries with a focus on industrial products, automotive, technology and logistics industries. His work includes growth strategy development, M&A and performance improvement work such as supply chain management and cost reduction.

Mr. Tsang is also a frequent speaker at high profile forum, such as the China CEO Forum and the CEIBS Auto Forum. His perspectives on China’s automotive sector have appeared in a variety of top news outlets.

Mr. Tsang graduated from Stanford University with a Master degree in Technology Management. He also has a Master degree in Robotics and Automated Manufacturing from the University of Toronto.

Eric Xu is Discrete Industry Director at Rockwell Automation (China) Co., Ltd.

With 13-year-experiences in Auto, Tire Industry and sales management. He has held various roles at Rockwell Automation China including Account Manager, Tire and Rubber Industry Manager, and OEM Business Director of the OEM department in China. Over these years, Eric has led his team supporting manufacturing clients in China to closely align customers’ digital strategies with corporate visions and business strategies, in the process of the transformation towards smart manufacturing by bringing sustainable value in terms of SEEE (Safety, Energy-saving, Environmental and Efficiency) to life. He has rich experience in coordinating resources to help China enterprise successfully deploy ODI projects.

Erik Walenza is the CEO of IoT ONE Inc., the Chair of the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) Smart Factory Task Group (SFTG), and the Shanghai Director of Startup Grind. IoT ONE is a leading source of information and insight regarding Industrial Internet of Things vendors and solutions. Companies work with IoT ONE to develop their customer bases, partner ecosystems, and innovation strategies. As Chair of the IIC SFTG, Erik works with IIC members to reduce the risk for early adopters of Industrial IoT technologies in manufacturing. Through Startup Grind Erik supports the development of Shanghai's innovation ecosystem.
