近期，上海已将数据跨境流动负面清单适用范围进一步扩大至全市范围。本次活动也将结合相关最新进展，与会员企业分享政策背景及实践信息。

To help member companies better understand recent developments related to cross-border data transfer policies, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai will host a Policy Workshop on Cross-border Data Transfer on the afternoon of May 19. Representatives from the Shanghai Municipal Cyberspace Affairs Commission will provide an overview of policies related to cross-border data transfer and exchange views with participating member companies.

Recently, Shanghai expanded the applicability of its cross-border data transfer negative list to cover the entire city. The session will share background information and practical updates related to this latest development.
