Her efforts include long-term strategies to reduce the expense of her clients’ immigration programs without negatively impacting the job satisfaction of their immigrant workforce, alongside short-term responses to the often-extreme shifts in policy brought about by changing administrations and regulatory regimes.
She boasts decades of experience integrating Fragomen’s powerful technology platforms with her clients’ native data and homegrown systems, creating streamlined processes that elevate employee satisfaction and reduce program expenses and approval times. Cindy places client feedback—from raw program data to personal communication—squarely at the center of the systems she designs for clients, allowing for continuous management and adjustment of program features.
Cindy is the head of the Silicon Valley office’s China Business Practice, through which she advises China-based companies on complex immigration issues.
