Wendy will provide an update on the latest status of US tariffs on imports from China. With the expiration of the existing Section 122 tariffs later this month and possible new Section 301 tariffs regarding forced labor, this briefing is very relevant and timely.

Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. With nearly three decades of experience as a diplomat and negotiator in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, Wendy has played pivotal roles in major trade agreements, including the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement and the Trans-Pacific Partnership. In her current role at the Asia Society Policy Institute, she addresses vital issues related to trade, investment, and economic security in Asia.
