    Manoj Mehta is CEO of naked Group. He leads the growth of naked by setting up the strategic direction, creating process driven systems, attracting & retaining global talents and developing the fresh naked work culture.
    Under the leadership of Manoj, naked Group has created a diverse business profile which includes the newly launched co-working space business, naked Hub. The naked Retreats business has expanded in recent years also, with new projects like naked Castle, naked Sail and the upcoming naked Water. naked has successfully progressed from a resort business into a lifestyle brand. Manoj’s experience in business development and management has made naked one of the most innovative companies in Asia which has resulted in financial and operational growth.
    Prior to naked, Manoj worked for Goodyear and Ford Motor Company. Manoj has an extensive educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo, and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Manoj’s multicultural background, senior management experience and strong academic foundation allow him to perfectly combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Beyond his work at naked, Manoj is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the Advisory panel of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).

    Aiying Wang is Vice president and GM, Circuit Protections and Controls (CPC) Division - APAC, Eaton Corporation, located in Shanghai, China. Aiying has over 20 years of experience in the material science domain, electronics industry, consumer products, and automotive field. Prior to this, Aiying was VP/GM for KEMET Electronics located in Suzhou for five years where she took great pride in the leadership team they have built together to achieve worldwide performance records. Aiying has served in various roles within KEMET in operations, R&D, and process engineering in the US. She has also worked for six years at Michelin, North America, where she was in charge of the North America (NA) Raw Material Supplier Technical Group. In her first industrial job as a bench chemist and project manager at Bic USA for seven years, where she was granted over a dozen US patents as the main inventor. Aiying holds a PhD degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and a BS degree in Chemistry from Shandong University.

    Dr. Simon Yang started his career with Delphi in 1995 in Warren, Ohio, serving in a number of roles, and was relocated to China in 2003 to start-up Delphi Connection Systems operations in Asia. In 2008, Dr. Yang was appointed Managing Director for Delphi Connection Systems in Asia Pacific, responsible for China, Korea, Japan, India and ASEAN. The connection systems revenue grew exponentially from 2004 to 2017, by 2000 times. He was a key leader in multiple M&A projects including FCI MVL, Unwired and Antaya, and led the team to successful integration of these multimillion dollar acquisitions in Asia. In 2014, Dr. Yang was appointed Delphi China President, in addition to his regional leadership role in Delphi Connection Systems. He directed Delphi’s overall business in China, including 17 manufacturing sites and 3 technical centers. On December 5, 2017, with the successful completion of the Powertrain Division spin-off, Delphi officially became Aptiv. Dr. Yang was appointed the President of Aptiv Asia Pacific. He continues his stewardship of relationships with the government and key customers. Dr. Yang represents Aptiv Asia Pacific in media communications, government offices and industry organizations.

    Born in Singapore, Ian has lived and worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, London, New York, Shanghai and Sydney. In a different life, he spent a year working as a jackaroo on sheep and cattle stations in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
