About the Venue
Crush Wine Bistro, located at 819 Shaanxi North Road, is an American fusion bistro. Owner Elliott has been in the wine business for more than 10 years and realized that the key to a successful restaurant is finding the perfect wines to match exceptional food. Elliott combined his wine knowledge with Chef Dylan's cooking skills to create Crush Wine Bistro in 2021.
